We partner with Founders from concept to execution.
A highly strategic phase in the product design process, we develop a competitive analysis, and analyze product market fit and the initial patent landscape. We also dial in product requirements and feasibility. If we have user feedback at this point we'll incorporate learnings here as well.
Pen to paper. This is where we flow ideas onto "paper" and CAD. Anything is possible and nothing is impossible. We stick to the learnings from our Research phase and start to breathe life into what was once an idea. Often times we'll be able to develop initial 3D renders during conceptual design.
Depending on your project's complexities this will either be the least or most involved stop on the product creation journey. Our Mechanical and Electrical engineers are nothing short of genius. They are deeply familiar with what can and can not be done, and are far more creative than they would let on.
This is the most critical cost saving measure in our entire process. We measure twice (or thrice) before we cut once. Prototypes will take the form of paper shapes, 3D printed forms and even full Alpha and Beta look like/work like machinations. Testing prototypes is critical prior to production.
At this point we have a solid design and engineering basis for the product. We have also tested, added and eliminated product requirements. We're dialed in. Our engineering team value engineers the product while refining our drawings so that the product can be efficiently manufactured.
This is where we're producing large quantities of product. Production is a highly variable process dependent upon the product and materiality. Many products require tooling, which adds timeline and complexity. Our team has made a wide variety of products across industries. We will guide you home.
